Following CompuCredit’s acquisition of Barclaycard’s Monument credit card portfolio, ParkerFox were asked to implement a decision engine to automate the underwriting of new applications for their flagship card product.

Using Windows Workflow Foundation technology, we were able to develop a highly configurable rules-based decision engine within a very tight deadline. This engine forms the basis of the Monument acquisitions platform, which allows credit card decisions to take place within a few seconds. This enables CompuCredit to provide an excellent online experience for the consumer.

Subsequently, the software was integrated with Total System’s TSYS portfolio management software to provide end-to-end client management.
